Method of Sandy Maximum Density/Minimum Density" (JGS
0161) established in 2000. And the description about mechanization of
Minimum/Maximum density test equipment in "Soil Testing Method and
Explanation" (The Japanese Society of Soil Mechanics and Foundation
Engineering) is based on our products.
There are many problems in both Minimum and Maximum Density tests, for example, individual
errors are caused easily in both tests, the different result is
gotten every testing day even if the same staff. And the
results depend on the staff condition, storing up of fatigue, etc.
However, we actualized automatic test apparatuses and lots of tests have
been done with them in real. And we kept revising them in accordance with
our customer's opinions and requests. They can work accurately,
for example, it has the actual proof that it can measure
the maximum density within 1.646 +/- 0.001g/cm3 and the minimum
Density within 1.335 +/- 0.001g/cm3 with Toyoura Sand. Therefore, you can
use it without anxiety.
